Program name: RingToRoute Alerts
Program description. If you opt in, RingToRoute will send text messages about your enquiry or account. These include replies to your questions, reminders for demo or onboarding calls you booked, service and account notifications, and customer-support replies. We send marketing messages (such as product updates or offers) only if you separately agree to receive them. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Support: [email protected].
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our contact form, or by giving clear verbal or written consent on a call or by email. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies; typically up to 6 messages per service request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. You'll get one message confirming you've unsubscribed, and after that you won't receive any more texts from us. To rejoin, text START or sign up again the way you first opted in. We also honour other reasonable opt-out words such as QUIT, END, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE.
Help: HELP
If you have trouble with the program, text HELP to the number that messaged you, or contact us at [email protected].
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We share it only with the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Messages sent on behalf of our Clients
RingToRoute also sends texts on behalf of the home-service businesses we work for (for example, a booking confirmation from "Summit Comfort Heating & Plumbing"). Each of those messages identifies the business. They are sent only to callers who asked for them or agreed to them, and they're registered with US carriers under that business's own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign. STOP and HELP work the same way on those messages. Each business's own SMS terms and privacy policy apply to its program.
